I think it was great event to attend. All the cars there were "significant." Most every one in perfect condition, except for the few in original, untouched condition, which has a great value in the petina of age.
I had the buffet lunch, which was in the clubhouse, and waited for the others to join. Interstingly, the clubhouse was built in the classic Gothic design nusing materials made locally (Belden brick, Canton tile.) It looks like castle on the inside with its large wooden ceiling supports, huge fireplace, candeliers and front door, and even a couple sets of armour plate!
http://www.glenmoorcc.comI tried some of everything they had, from the cole slaw to the fetuccini Alfredo to the prime rib. There were servers that constantly filled your glass with lemonade or tea or water or a beer. I ate until I was stuffed.
On the way back I caught up to that group of Ferraris and we got on the highway and back almost to Richfield before they exitted, but before they left, I got a thumbs up from just about every one.
